During our residence in Slovakia, we spent ten days visiting three cities and several cultural centers. The first cultural center that hosted us is called Zàhrada and is located in the city of Banská Bystrica. Later, we visited the city of Bardejov, where one of the Slovak dramatists involved in the project, Veronika Burgerová, lives. Veronika works in the cultural center of Bašta, located in an ancient bastion belonging to the city walls. During the last few days we visited Bratislava. The cultural center is a very lively reality in Slovakia, usually managed by young associations, that often becomes a cultural reference point for the entire town. Unfortunately, as far as the working group is concerned, we arrived in Slovakia at a time when our colleagues were very busy with their own jobs and it was difficult to get to meet all together to work on Metropolis projects.
